The Base Rate includes occupancy of 1-4 guests, along with the following:
(For occupancy beyond the first 4 guests, add $30 per person per day or night)

- Your exclusive use of the pool & poolhouse, in season
- Your exclusive use of the boats & pier on the private lake, in season
- A fully equipped kitchen stocked with breakfast foods
- Laundered towels and linens
- Charcoal for the grill
- Wood and kindling for the fireplace, in season

- NOTE: there is no charge for a professional cleaning service or security deposit

Sales Tax  is 5.5%

Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend - 3 night minimum

- Base Rate Monday-Thursday: $325 per night
- Base Rate Friday-Sunday: $425 per night
- Premium Dates 2008:  May 22-26, June 27-July 6, August 28-September 1
  add $50 per night

- Premium Dates 2009: May 21-25, July 2-6, September 3-7 add $50 per night

May, September & October - 2 night minimum

- Base Rate Monday-Thursday: $275 per night
- Base Rate Friday-Sunday: $325 per night

November, December, January, February, March & April - 2 night minimum

- Base Rate Monday-Thursday: $225 per night
- Base Rate Friday-Sunday: $275 per night
- Premium Dates 2008:  (3 night minimum):   November 26-30,                        December 19-31 add $100 per night

- Premium Dates 2009: (3 night minimum):  January 1-4, November 25-30, December 23-New Year's weekend, add $100 per night
